Dear Dave,
We feel it necessary to write a "thank you" note to you and Barone Homes for building our house. Some people might find this odd to be writing a "thank you" note to someone you have just purchased a home from, but we are so happy with our house we want to thank you.
When we started this endeavor to build a house our friends all told us we
were crazy. "Buy existing, building a house is a nightmare" they
said. They couldn't have been more wrong. Building with Barone Homes/Premier
Properties was probably the easiest home purchase I have ever been through.
My wife and I have owned (2) homes prior to this and each of those purchases
were a nightmare. Building with Barone was easier than buying an existing
home.
We were involved in every aspect of building this house. We met with the
architect to make changes in the plan; we even walked the lot with Barry and
actually placed the house where we wanted it. From picking out paint colors
and tile to locating the electrical outlets the whole process was a lot of
fun and it really made this house ours. We had such a great time building;
we were in someway saddened when the house was complete.
Many times when on my way home from work I would stop by to see the progress
and talk to Barry or Joe. I got to know all of the subs quite well also. It
was obvious that every one of them took the same pride that Barry and Joe
do in their work.
I don't think there is a realtor that has the experience in building homes
as you do. I was shocked at how often you and I spoke throughout the process.
I think because of the constant contact we had with you and the ability of
the Barone's to exceed our expectation, we are living in the house we once
only dreamed about. Thanks.
