"Dear Dave, Barry, and Joe,

Now that we have been in our new home for about six months and the dust has settled and we have had time to reflect, we would like to tell you how happy we are with our new home and thank you for a job well done. We were abit apprehensive about starting such a big endeavor as building a new home but because of your professionalism and organizational skillls it was a very enjoyable process.

Dave promised us from the beginning that they would go over every aspect of the process and that there would be no surprizes at the end and he lived up to his promise. From start to finish we felt like we were a team and our questions and concerns were always dealt with in a timely fashion and in a friendly manner. We appreciated knowing that we were only a phone call away from any questions that came to mind through out the building process. When we were having difficulty visualizing room sizes etc.

Dave took the trouble to call a couple of home owners who had similar floor plans to what we were looking for and asked if we could come and look at their homes. We were so impressed with that and the fact that the new home owners allowed us to come and look at their homes told us how happy they were with the Barone team that they would be so gracious to Dave's request. I think that was the determining factor that sold us on going with
Barone Homes. We also would be happy to show our home off to any prospective buyers.

We also enjoyed all the vendors that we dealt with thru Barone Homes. We found that we had a larger selection to choose from that was considered "standard" than with most other builders. All of the vendors were very helpful and professional and professed to us that we had made a good choice in going with the Barone team. Their comments along the way were very encouraging to us that we had made the right choice.

Although we do not ever plan to move again, if we were to, we would definitely choose the Barone team again. We feel that we have a quality home we can be proud of for many years to come. Thank you again to Dave, Barry and Joe for a job well done and please know that we will recommend you to any of our friends who are looking to build a home in the future."
