He offered valuable suggestions related to the design of our home and the choice of options that met our needs and desires as well as being cost effective. The experience in going through this process really showed.
The construction staff was very pleasant to deal with as we visited the site during construction and cared a great deal about the quality of their work and using quality materials. We believe that Barry and Joe Barone being on site every day supervising every aspect of the construction process and being intimately involved with the construction set this tone every step of the way. We can honestly say that we did not have a problem during the construction of our home and the few minor glitches (which we believe are to be expected in this sort of construction) that we experienced were corrected immediately. We also found each walk through with Barry, Joe and David added value and satisfaction with our finished home due to their experience and advise along the way.
The support and experience after the closing was similarly exceptional, and
here action speaks much louder than words. The need for a few adjustments
here and there, the follow up with a supplier and even the repair of landscaping
due to bad weather all were done when promised and followed through to our
satisfaction."
