Barry and Joe,
Although John and I have been in our home for three years (already!), we
never really took the time to tell you how much we appreciate all of your
expertise when it came to building our home. We know you had a wonderful reputation
because John, being in the remodeling business, had spoken with people in
the business. Then we took a walk through the neighborhood and spoke with
the Brownings (Spring Meadow Lane) and the Wegmans (Deer Haven Drive) among
others and everyone said the same thing - you were wonderful. Now that was
reassuring! When it came time to build for the second time, a year and a half
later (needed more space!) we knew we would never choose another builder besides
Barone.
Why am I writing this now? Well, last month my mother and I decided to go
to the "Parade of Homes" that showcases new built homes, and one
thing struck us both. No matter how big or expensive the homes were, they
just didn't have that "Barone look" - the attention to detail, the
craftsmanship, the quality, the choice of the right things in the right placement.
Instead what we saw in these very expensive homes was crooked stairs and walls,
ugly cheap molding and stair spindles, the lack of finishing touches everywhere!
Some of these homes were $500,000.00!
This made me love the workmanship in my home all that much more. My home is beautiful, with character… and I don't just mean the things we chose and paid for. I mean the way they were done. Thank you for building a home that we are proud to own - a home that even other people take notice of the detail and quality that went into it. We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, (although I actually brought John to see the model at Kensington because I fell in love with that home!) but if by some chance we did - we wouldn't dream of anyone else building our home. After all, we would want the very best there is. To us, that means Barone. Two Barone Homes have proven that!
