Building with Barone Homes was a positive experience from the first day I stepped into the model home where I was greeted by real estate agent Jeff Pastorella of Premier Properties. Over the next few months, Jeff answered my numerous questions, coordinated meetings, and was there to support me the whole way.
Owners Barry and Joe Barone are involved in all aspects of the building process and I ran into them many of the times I went out to the site. Each time they made themselves available for questions or stopped just to see how things were going. Occasionally Barry made suggestions that were not only practical but enhanced the appearance of the house. Not once did his suggestions add to the base price of the house. Because of the high quality of materials and selections they initially allow, the upgrades that I made were minimal. As the upgrades were my decision and I knew the price up front, there were no surprises or hidden costs.
Because of their many years of experience, each of the walk throughs went smoothly with again, very few changes or additions. Joe was meticulous in overseeing the finishing touches to be sure the appearance of the house was of the same high quality as the underlying construction. He was thorough during the final walk through and took plenty of time reviewing and explaining the various features of the house. Joe responded immediately to the follow up calls for the few adjustments that needed to be made after the closing. Barry and Joe's attention to detail and pride in what they do is evident in every phase of the building process.
The entire team, including the vendors they work with, is customer oriented and dedicated to producing a product of which they can be proud. Because of the experience of everyone involved the decisions were relatively stress free and the entire process was both enjoyable and exciting. I would highly recommend Barone Homes to anyone considering building a new home."
